Re: what does everyone eat on the day of the cleanse?

i have been trying to do a Liver Flush so i changed up from eating once at night to once upon awakening but i end up becoming soo hungry at night that i end up eating something instead of doing the first ES dosage.i may just do it tonight though,i REALLY dislike being stuck on the toilet and the effects of th ES and the liver flush.ES seems to have a strong effect on my system, i am used to Oxypowder s effects but ES is like running draino through my system!
but yes, i have and will continue with the Warrior diet, prior to this week i have been eating very very lightly preparing for the liver flush.i will follow the WD indefinetly , i have done it soo long it's not even a big deal anymore..it's just what i do.i have also dropped rare/raw meats for a bit now (most likely for good!)because of the threat of parasites as well as seeing very little benefits from eating it rare/raw in spite of how 'nutritious and healing' it was supposed to be..it seems like i was detoxing more from the decaying dead raw meat soaking in my colon more then anything else and i was also starting to develop other symptoms as well i suspect was a result of the consumption of it.It dosen't make any sense,if i eat everything else cooked-why would it matter if i ate beef rare or not??? the benefits may be greatly dimished IMO because of mixing it with other cooked meats.
i used to be really into it..until it started making me feel ill to my stomach..
yuck! never again!!

as far as my work outs, i haven't been working out regularly but i do have a full body work out everyso often.i may or may not begin an extensive routine for the winter time.i am considering intergrating it with a liver/GB ,parasite, colon cleanse.
