From what I've read most of modern society shouldn't try a water fast until they have cleansed all organs and been through a few "juice" type fasts. Water fasting will bring a strong man to his knees quickly if they aren't educated in the how's and why's. Water fasting also requires that you limit your physical activities dramatically and it is recommended that any extended fast be monitored by a health professional. Most although not all folks who water fast find that a clinical approach is the most comfortable. PLEASE read everything you can before you start any protocol including a water fast. Your mind HAS to understand what is happening in your body. I think the hardest part is slowing down your reading so that all aspects of health info is getting the opportunity to get into your head!!
