The universalists here cannot imagine there being more than one or two people in the world who believe as we do. I and "klyd" have been trying for quite some time to do what you are doing-- carry on an intelligent conversation without being falsely accused of outrageous things and being called every name in the book. That is why she insists that you must be me.

The accusations and name calling are never questioned when they come from the majority, but if a hated "fundie" dares to oppose them they cry foul and spit venom. Any attempt to present evidence in our defense is ridiculed and joked about. Some of us have even had hateful "poems" composed about us. Daisy has always made a point of cheering on such hypocrisy and hate.

I have logged over 800 posts around here so they can't accuse me of being a quitter, but there comes a time when one realizes one is banging the proverbial head against the wall. At least I tried.
