I FOUND that Music assists me in Visualization in Reiki. In Reiki Flow for sure. I find the Visualizations just FLOW as does the Reiki!!! Especially I Love using Electronica Trance--Russian and Finland mostly...What Resonates for me then Appears as Clues Ponting...
I don't Force the Visualizations, just Await the Time...
