So I tried the Epson salt with little effect. I drank 2 12oz glasses with 2 tablespoons of salt and nothing... My bowel movements have always been regular before this... i still get a rash when I take the pills, though it's always in the same exact spot. I keep imagingin a worm being there... gross....I don't understand why my bowles aren't working right anymore.... I'm going to try more salt tomorrow and see how that goes, but it's starting to freak me out
