Is it ok to do a Bowel Cleanse at the same time? I want to eventually do a Bowel Cleanse and A Liver Flush, but didn't think it was good to do all at once???? I'm lost at where to even begin....there's so many and I need the less complicated one possible. Also for the Epson salt are there any directions on how to take it?
