Re: Lack of minerals=leg cramps?

Hi Happydog,

Leg cramps may be caused from the body becoming too Acidic from a Lack of Calcium and Magnesium!

Calcium first tho!

The Lemon juice and ACV both may induce this if you do not have enough of either in your body as reserves to begin with or if you are not taking enough of these along with your drinks, because as you use these it may cause your digestive juices to become stronger thus requiring more raw material to be used to start rebuilding the different organs in your body which may be short of these Minerals to begin with!

If you take too much Alkaline Minerals compared to Acids, then you may become Constipated!

But most constipation may be caused first by a person becomming to Acidic to beging with and shutting down the digestive system!

But if you become constipated , it may be easily solved by drinking more water and taking some extra Epsom Salt!

Smile Tis your choice.
