Thanks for your help - luckily this episode was a couple of nights ago - I made it through somehow - I would like to take the cod liver oil = is that a good source of Omega 3,6,9? Also, what is the brand - the lemon flavor sounds great - I remember I always had to take it when I was a kid and the flavor is imprinted in my mind forever. Even when I was an adult I did take it for awhile and immediately followed it with a big gulp of orange juice.
I do take calcium magnesium and let's face it - it will be a bumpy road to getting my health back to peak, or at least close.
