Samantha....You can turn this around. Don't you fret another
minute. But for right now...I'd suggest you forget cleansing...
or flushing or zapping anything. :-) Just relax for a few
days....and BACK OFF ON THE SUGAR. That will help tremendously!
Don't even let it enter your mind that you should be on a protein diet...or low cal diet...or anything else. Just relax.
Substitute the "junk food snacks" with protein foods and good
carbs. FIRST...let's get a good nights sleep and wake up
feeling BETTER! So don't have any high carb foods or sugar
after 5 or 6 pm....have a healthy dinner...then if you need
something in the evening...just have a few peanuts or almonds...
and a couple of small wedges of cheese. THAT will enable you
to sleep better and wake up more refreshed. Have a healthy...
stick to the ribs breakfast like oatmeal or brown rice. If you
can't do without Sugar altogether...just back off AS MUCH AS
YOU CAN...for instance...if you put 2 tsp of Sugar in your coffee...put one. DRINK LOTS OF WATER...water with a fresh
lemon squeezed in it is very tasty. Don't worry about long
term...do as Zig Ziglar advises...just get to midnight tomorrow
and worry about the next day when that gets here. The next day...get up...eat as healthy "as you can"...with as little
high carbs and Sugar "as you can"...and just head for midnight
on THAT day...and on and on.
You probably have a little hypoglycemia...FOR SURE you are
bogged down with sugar...so just start backing off. Do some
deep breathing on and off throughout the day. Just 2 or 3
deep breaths...REAL DEEP....if you're doing it right..you will
feel "slightly" dizzy for just a very few seconds at first.
Breathe deep and let your TUMMY rise...NOT your shoulders...
that's the trick....breathe DEEP through your nose ...into
your tummy...when you do this...your tummy will balloon out...
then push that breath slowly back out through your mouth.
AND...walk for FIVE MINUTES...3 times tomorrow....just FIVE
minutes....do that for a week...and work up....YOU CAN DO THIS!
If you have any questions...or anything...I'll try to answer
them if I can. You don't seem to have any really bad health
problems...just bogged down from bad diet and overwork....you
can be feeling on top of the world by Christmas. kathryn
