Dear Samantha,
It seems like you're spending your
entire waking life at work; a job for
which I sense you have no real
love.
I did that once, about 40 years ago,
when I was a young man. It was a amistake. 12-hour days, six days a
week, leave no quality time for
anything else.
I suggest you look around for other
work. What would you REALLY like to
be doing? Find the work that you'd
do for nothing, because you love it
so much, and then find a way to get
paid for it. You can do that in
America. Ask your deep intuition if
you really want to stay with this
work-first, everything else last,
kind of life.
If you can find a job you enjoy that
requires 40 hours a week of time,
instead of 72, I think your problems
will begin to disappear. You'll have
time and energy and desire to exericse. You'll have time to educate yourself about healthy
eating regimens. You'll have time to
play, to read, to pray, to ponder
what direction you want your life to
go. Right now, you're enslaved to a
schedule that consumes most of your
waking hours.
If anything I said resonated with
you, if you felt a little "tingle"
as you thought about it, that's
probably your intuition, the Deva of
your Soul, suggesting you do something about this problem.
I'll keep you in my prayers, Samantha.
Blessings,
Owen
