believe me i was TOTALLY CHICKEN too and scared to do the first liver flush, but when you are totally sick and can't even digest a boiled egg, then u learn to locate some courage in a hurry :p:p....

and my first experience was TOTALLY PAIN FREE!!!

the apple juice u drink before the cleanse help to soften the stones, so they just come out soft and u don't even know they are out!! (until u look :p)

i got the book 'the amazing liver cleanse" by Andreas Moritz (sp? he has a forum here, so u can find the book easy) and used his version.

even if the cause of your illness was mercury in your Amalgam fillings, it's a great idea to do all the other cleanses as well, especially liver cleansing... because mercury has totally been overburdening your liver for YEARS, and it's pretty much certain that you have more than your share of liver stone accumulated...
and, since liver is the garbageman of our body, if liver is overburdened and clogged up, basically NOTHING will work too good... (sorta like if all the garbagemen went on strike and the sewer system stopped working, the whole city will stink up and die in its own toxins in a short time type of thing..)

i plan to do more Liver Flushes after i get my Amalgam fillings out ( i can't wait).. i made the appointment for april...!! :)
