Yes, I am talking about digestive enzymes. I am mainly using one by the brand Vitase, it seems to be really good, but I also used one by Good Earth. I noticed that GNC also has one. I don't know how picky you want to be, just get one that has a variety, plant-based, and like I said, make sure it has protease. Hope that helps you out!
