being cold

I am on day 6 of my first master cleanse. I also go to an accupuncturist/chinese herbalist on a regular basis. We have been working on my issues of coldness. I have a mild circulatory problem (Raynauds) so my hands and toes get VERY cold, turning blue/white particularly in the winter and in the rain. The herbs and treatments I've been getting from her have made this the best warmest winter for me in a long time.

I didn't tell her about doing the cleanse because I was afraid she would tell me it was a bad idea. Plus I can't imagine what she'd say if she say my snow white tounge right now! I'll see her again when I'm through, and talk to her about the experience.

In the meantime, I have been very conscious of issues of coldness over the last 6 days. I have been really chilly and my Raynauds has been acting up some. I have dealt with this by doing 30 minutes of cardio a day, taking hot baths, using extra cayenne pepper, wearing extra layers and gloves. This makes a big difference. I do believe coldness is a legitimate concern on the Master-Cleanse but I also think there are sensible ways to deal with it.
