so i also post a lot on this yoga forum, and they don't really have a lot of good things to say about master cleanse.
thats certainly something i've gotten used to, though. people thinking that fasting/cleansing is nuts, that is...
however, these are smart people who present some valid points. they say from a traditional chinese medicine point of view, that this diet is too much cold, and that i throw off the balance of my intestines.
can anyone comment on this?
what kind of things should be taken (probiotics, etc..) after cleansing to restore balance?
