Good for you, sort out your detox pathways first - to be honest I would recommend staying away from this forum at least until you have your detox under control. I think it is wrong of anyone on this forum to try and encourage you to go back on even higher doses of Iodine when you already are having bad reactions - I stayed off here for several months because of that, and I am only back now to try and advise other people who ended up like me how to start to recover. I only take 1mg of Iodine now, but I stopped completely for 3 months back in february until things calmed down. BTW, the green poo is bile, not necessarily a bad sign, it indicates you liver is dumping toxic bile through the stool, help it along with an enema.
