I of course am from Sunny Mexico...

and am blessed to have an excellent naturopath/nutritionist in the area!! She was originally an RN, got cancer, and her oncologist had her do 30 days Master-Cleanse after her radiation/chemo treatments. He told her he had just filled her system with poison and now must remove it.

She says she never felt better in her life! She does ten days maintenance every year.

She left the standard medical profession and dedicated herself to natural healing. She has quite a bag of tricks, including iridology. My partner was having prostate trouble and she helped troubleshoot that, so I thought I would have her just take a gander. I was having what I thought was maybe pre-menopausal... headaches and awful periods, achy joints, very difficult to lose weight etc.

She took one look in my eyes and said, Nothing wrong with you not related to your intestines. You are very dirty in that area.

She explained that everyone's family stored unremoved waste in different areas. In my partner's case, the arteries. My whole family packs it in the colon!

So lots of herbs, many professional colonics, Liver Flushes and a whole bunch of lemonade later (over three years now) I am STILL not DONE! This is why I continue to plug away, and am doing a series of shorter cleanses with cleansing diet between, as opposed to one long dang fast as I have done in the past. I am making great progress with past cleanses and feel this will be quite effective and a whole bunch easier to break.

This ten dayer I just finished was a cake walk. I know I am getting down to the last of the gunk velcroed to my colon, but STILL continue to remove solid waste after ten days... so back at it after a break here!
