The reaction you describe leads me to believe that you need a good cleansing! Try changing brands of tea, and DO get a natural one! For you to steep it so little and have so strong a reaction is not normal.

Have you tried the SWF? That will definitely give you a good cleansing of your entire digestive system, although it is a trick to learn how to get it down! You need to have about two hours to dedicate to it, as it can take that long to come through. I drink it as hot as I drink tea, chase each cup with cold water, and tell myself it is broth. I never believe it, but I DO get it down. It is NEVER pleasant, but it really works like nothing else!

It is essential to keep your colon clean every day you fast. If neither of these methods works for you, try substituting an enema for either/or. If you do not know how to do a proper one, there is an excellent forum, enemas & colonics, right here at curezone.
