I've been ready your very inspirational posts and I'm on day 9 right now. I was just wondering if you felt any different between about day 10 and today. I'm getting in the groove also and am actually fearing that first bite of food (ouch in the tummy) and thinking maybe I should go on for longer. My concern is the lack of protein. I am a runner and love lifting weights and don't want to deplete my strength. But, if the benefits of the longer cleanse outweigh the risks, I'm for it by all means. Do you think going for longer than 10 days or 14 days or more is much more beneficial?
