What kind of parasite is this?

I have attached what I've been seeing in the toilet the last 2 days. Symptoms have lasted 5 months. It started with what seemed like severe seasonal allergies, difficulty breathing/ feeling of being strangled, feeling of food lodged in throat. My symptoms have now progressed to crawling sensations in throat and feeling of having to throw something up, IBS, white sesame seed things in stool, sharp abdominal pain, food allergies , sore/ sensitive eyes, pressure in skull, clicking sounds. There were two days where I also felt what seemed like a worm moving in my toe. The doctor just thought I was crazy.
