You could try with other protein-fat good quality combo- like avocado, to see is it the pr-Fat or the micronutrients you need. I'd advise for Raw cashews. If you don't have negative reactions (like acne) you may go for up to about 200 g a day, at which point the saturated fats for the day would reach a reasonable limit. I don't think your cashew period will last forever. It is likely to go away after a while.
