You are not taking enough D to do anything at all. You must have 10,000 IU Vitamin D3 for 3 months, then get your at home blood test to adjust dosage to get a blood reading of 70 to 80 ng/ml. Adjust your D3 dosage by 1,000IU to change blood reading by 10ng/ml.
D3 is VITAL for your immune system.
