Loved your article. Similar IBS problems here. Once I feel the urge, I have only a minute or so to find a toilet.
My solution was to wear diapers full time.
I remain totally stealth even at work. My body is used to diapers and I dont get a rash even from staying in a full diaper for long periods. Diapers are comfortable. I don't even find it uncomfortable to sit in a messy diaper. I carry spares in the car, but prefer to wait till I am home to change, especially when I have a poop in there.
I'm 55 years old professionally employed woman, with a husband that is very supportive of me. He is more like enthusiastic than simply supportive.
