Full On Crisis at Day 57!!

Hoo baby! This is what happened...

In our last exciting episode, I did a colonic and switched to juices back on day 48. The colonic was very productive, and stirred up A LOT of old, stuck garbage which I have been flushing flushing flushing all week with lots and lots of juices. I would consider this to be a VERY productive week, as of course my main goal is intestinal cleansing. I have flushed bunches of rocks (they look just like rocks, but most of them float, some with mucous tails, some formed around what looks like antique parasites... very alien stuff!)-- strings of old mucous, cloud-like material Gloria tells me is lymph related... copious amounts of antique garbage.

Along with this I have had a low-grade crisis, light headaches on and off, slightly low from time to time, face breakout (nothing like before, but more than I would like)...

ANYHOW, this morning I got up, felt pretty awful, drank a glass of OJ, glass of water and went straight back to bed! I had a full on fasting crisis going, classic you-got-the-flu stuff, nasty headache, lots of diarrhea (a good thing), achy joints EVERYWHERE, chills, nausea, super weakness... In short, flat in bed until about 3:30 this afternoon when I started coming out of it!

I am weak, I am humble, but I am definitely coming around. Drinking more OJ, more water, flying low!

And THIS, boys and girls, is WHY I am doing what I am doing. If you have the kind of trash inside that I have been carrying for lo these many years... and it breaks loose while your immune system is low and there is, say, a vile virus in town like we had the end of December-- I got that baby and was still herking semi-solid mucous out of my lungs when I started the fruits and veggies in... what was it? April! I STILL was flushing major mucous through most of the MC, and got another load with this crisis, and I haven't seen mucous in weeks!

I made a major error last year, not getting back to the Master-Cleanse at 6 months. I will not let tis happen again this year! I definitely will do another major cleanse in January!!

I am very interested to see why my 59 day colonic will be like on Monday!
