Are The Rats Starting To Eat Each Other

They knew this stuff years ago and now they're starting to go after the banksters? Either the "government" is getting really desperate for money and starting to eat the other rats, or they may be joining the good guys fighting all the crooks around the world. Just a year or two ago, Holder said some banks were too big to prosecute, and now that's changed?

I know the "government" is going to pass a bill so they can raid all bank accounts that have been unused for 10 years now. So they're grabbing ANY money they can find. It's their motivation that is in question.
