Eating very often is tied to emotional issues. For >me< he best I have found to burn out >any< emotional issues is exercise, specifically weight training.

I have a bad ankle so I can't run but I believe any good aerobic workout where you push/challenge yourself past your percieved quitting point would also be great. My fave is the rowing machine as it works out the whole body.

Last but not least drink more lemonade and water.
