She is still doing nutritional balancing by the way.  She has switched to TEI from ARL.  There are differences I don’t completely understand about the programs.  TEI seems to recognize copper deficiency more than ARL.  Dr Eck and Larry Wilson are more focused on copper toxicity

For me, the copper detox is working great.  It is there .. it is not mythical.  Here it is .

Hey …if it stops working for me, I’ll tell you. 

I was posting lots of positives about  Dr Lam for a while here too.  When I wasn’t getting anywhere with him, I dropped him, and started trashing him on this forum since any positive about him meant I was wrong. 

This is pretty much what some of you are doing.  You have decided you don’t like the NB program and any info that doesn’t reinforce that belief is a threat to you.

I get it… I did that with Lam, and still do a little bit.  But that is what you are doing.

Dr Paul Eck and Ann-Louise have great information on how chronic stress and weak adrenal lead to copper toxicity.  Implants are not required.

It is not the source of the copper that is important. It is the inability to remove it due to chronic stress and weak adrenals. 

The detox symptoms are mostly insomnia right now.   And I just have to be careful not to overdo it since the metals coming out is already using enough energy.  It is a lot of work to get the metals out, but you can see them increasing in my hair.

But there are many many positives. Symptoms continue to go away one by one..

I am sweating for the first time in 10-yrs.  My sodium is up, indicating improved adrenal strength, so I can retain water.. and therefore I sweat now. 

 

I don’t crave salt any more.  And the reason is right there in my hair.  My sodium is higher. It jumped up at the same time I started sweating.

 

I don’t have headaches anymore.

I have super smooth and soft skin now.  It was dry and scaly for years.

No more prostate pain

No more anxiety

No more psoriasis (although it was worse at the start of copper detox, I haven’t had it for close to one year)

No more jaw pain

And to my surprise … no more plaque buildup.  Didn’t even know that was a symptom.

No more dizzy spells

No more blurred vision

No more heat intolerance

No more joint pain

No more weak legs going up the stairs

No more urinary urgency / frequent urination

No more hypoglycemia

No more gas or cramps

No more brain fog

No more muscle cramps (haven’t had those for a year)

No more anxiety

 

 

I am not a NB shill.  I have been around this forum a lot longer than you guys and have tried everything under the sun.    This is really working for me.   

 

Do not try to explain away my progress.  I have been dealing with this for over 10-yrs.  I know my body and I know when something is working.

 

I am sorry if my getting better doesn’t reinforce your beliefs.

 

Perhaps you guys can focus on the positive aspects of your own protocols and how they are working for you rather than getting all excited because someone is doing well on a program you don’t believe in.   

 

Also, why not simply be happy that people are getting better .. regardless of what they are doing.   

 

If this stops working for me …. I’ll be back here looking for the next thing to try, and you guys can say I told you so, and we can all have a good laugh.
