It is a catch-22. You won't have much energy if you are loaded with metals.
But if you don't have much energy, metals will accumulate
And when you try to pull out the metals.... it stresses your adrenals.
So you kind of have to work on both ends.
That is also why it is important to get lots of rest and don't do any strenuous activity, since this robs you of the energy needed to move the metals along.
There has been a couple of times where I had good energy, but also detox symptoms (psoriasis, insomnia). I over exerted myself ... and the detox symptoms stopped for a couple of weeks.
