Re: seriphos for 3-4am high cortisol??

I am currently experimenting with Seriphos.

It looks like your dosage is to low, and remember that it takes over a month to lower night time cortisol.

I am taking 2 x 9am, 2 x 8pm, and 1 x at bedtime, I have noticed that my wake up time over the past month has shifted about 45 minutes to an hour most nights, so that is a good sign. I am also in the throws a brutal benzo withdrawal, so i imagine for a person not in benzohell, that once you have ht the right dosage it will be more effective.

I have done A LOT of research into Seriphos before taking it, and some people needed to take 12 capsules a day to bring their cortisol down and needed to experiement with time of day. But almost all reviews I read had people taking the two morning ones and two around 8pm. I will be moving to 3, 3 and 2 soon.

There is no exact Science unfortunately, these things are not potent like a xanax, so the results will never be almost exact or permanent..

Try upping your dose and let us know what happens
