How important it is to keep her DNA sets up-to-date (at least the main ones), taking into account that there has been a lot more newly sequenced DNA available, according to Char herself. Moreover, we know that many of the DNA sets are more than 4-5 years old, if not more.
Newly updated freqs can improve the efficacy of Rife treatment... But we all know it already, don't we.
So, she is just hesitant about constantly keeping her database updated and sending updated sets to previous customers for no charge. Not much to add to this...
