Yes I've run the Borelier DNA sets in the past. Mostly via NPS older DNA requiring hatchlings script. I decided to run Ehlichia because it's a known lyme co-infection.

I ran it straight and with John White's and NPs templates. Straight worked the fastest but the others did seem to target different tissue somehow.
