Healing requires toxins out and nutrients in
Four years ago I could not walk from my house to my car. I had been on a disability for the previous 6 years from bipolar disorder, chronic fatigue, chronic migraines, severe anxiety, chronic constipation, hypoglycemia, leaky gut and many
food allergies . I was dying at the age of 45. I did the following to regain my health.
1- Complete bowel cleanse
2-
Amalgam removal
3- Stopped all psyc meds and OTC meds. Many of these are very hard on an already overloaded liver.
4- Changed my diet- Basically SCD- NO
Sugar or PROCESSED FOODS.
5- Battled
parasites that i didn't know I had until I discovered a worm after eating raw garlic. It took me off and on for 2 years to get rid of a terrible ascaris, fluke and
Tapeworm infestation.
6- Stopped using toxic beauty products. I only use coconut and olive oil on my skin. Stopped swimming in chlorinated water.
7- Stopped using toxic cleaning supplies.
8- Prayer and letting go of ALL resentments.
9- Eating 24 hr bone broth to heal the intestinal tract and plenty of hot egg drinks. Some raw milk kefir.
10- Excercise to tolerance
11- Frequent sunbathing. Each winter I spend at least one month in a very warm climate.
12- Plenty of sleep. I usually am in bed at 10pm each night.
I regained about 80% of my health and returned to work. However I made the mistake of changing my diet to a raw food diet with lots of fruit for 2 years. I then went backwards in my healing. I have since returned to eating more animal protein and am feeling much better again. I quit all fruit for now. I am now doing nutritional balancing with ARL as most of my minerals are very low. I understand now that it is not possible to eat enough to correct a severe mineral deficiency.
In my opinion healing requires a complete change of diet, supplementation and lifestyle. I don't believe it is possible to just do one or two of the above and get well.
