i haven't done any herbals for a long time now, and things are quite quiet if not bothering them. but i'm not pleased about living with them.

Yes i agree, the worms move less if you don't try to kill them with herbs.
In my case, after i do a cleanse, i can usually live peacefully during one month, but then the infection seems to spread again and i don't like to feel bloated, to be constipated, to have headache, to spit phlegm.
So from time to time i have to do another cleanse.

i also tried
Water Fasting for 2 weeks, hoping to weaken/starve them...nothing

That doesn't surprise me... I think fasting is useless to kill parasitic worms. The parasitic worms can probably survive during a long time without food, and maybe those who eat foods can also eat blood or flesh if they don't have any food. This is a field where only a few things are known. Unfortunately.

i'm curious what you did to expel those large worms
[/quote]
This picture is not mine, but i have evacuated in the feces several adult worms with the same shape and color.
I have also evacuated in the phlegm many larvaes which measured more than 5cm, and usually after i evacuate most of these worms and larvaes, i don't feel any crawl sensations or itches. Even the head and the lymph nodes seem to be cleaned.
To kill these worms and larvaes i do always the same cleanse :
->The morning, i cleanse the colon with a high enema with warm water (3 liters), the goal is to remove all the solid feces and liquid feces so that worms can't hide.
->During the day, i eat no foods and i only drink herbs small pieces with water each hour.
Concerning the herbs, i had the best results with garlic, male fern (i use only one kind of herb at a time)
I'm still looking for better herbs because eating huge amount of garlic is not practical when i have to work with other people, and male fern in large doses can apparently cause blindness.
