Yes, I've heard of a similar slow method of liver flushing. The drink had other stuff in it, like ginger and cayenne.

Me -- I'd rather do it all at once and follow up with enemas/colonics to get all the buggers out.

(Or are you planning to do a lot of colon cleansing with your ten days of slow liver flushing?)
