Read through the various protocols listed, there are nine. Don’t go for any of the extreme recipes as a first timer. The recipes that have been around for some time are well proven and successful. Don’t get confused by all the supplements and preparation suggestions they may make things work better but the overall improvement is open to discussion. (Some folks swear by them other don’t).
