Well that just blows. I was wondering when this law would kick, my guess was this year. Lots of more stupid laws are going to kick in by the end of the year. Guaranteed we will see some communist laws under the guise of environmentalism kick in with the gulf oil spill. Thats going to be a pretty handy catastrophe to implement carbon taxes, keep people from driving and trapping them in cities e.t.c. all laid out by the U.N. Agenda 21. The restrictions on herbs is a big part in that agenda as well. It states turning the world into vegetarians as well.
