I will get some Ivermectin tomorrow and try it topically. I would think that if you can put it in one end, it (most likely) will be OK for the other end.

Unfortunately there are cautions with Ivermictin with possible eye problems like Albenza, so even if there is a remote possibility that the lesions on my eye and brain are parasites (or caused by them) I can't risk taking it internally. Almost anything is worth a try at this point!
