I am a 60 year old Canadian woman that was RVing for a year. This is the first winter that we have enjoyed our new vacation home in Arizona. Unfortunately, I feel so miserable that life is not very enjoyable (understatement) at all regardless of being so grateful to be here in this lovely warm, quiet desert sanctuary.

The acute problem is tiny white worms that are crawling out of my anus, my vagina and even in my ureter ...all over and through my privates. I feel them moving in the afternoons and evenings and when I try to go to sleep. I am having an allergic reaction to them and it feels like a sharp sting that at times is so strong it makes me jump. I'm getting really tired, frustrated and agitated.

I've tried Vaseline with lavender oil on my bum and then some of them moved to my vag. Then tried Noxzema but that didn't work either. Then tried Sulfur8 and diaper rash cream. They still crawled through all those products. The only thing that has helped at all is the anti-itch cream that soothes the allergic reaction. I've inserted Zinc caplets and pooped out hundreds of tiny white worms but the Zinc burns after I use it a few times. I tried garlic cloves, that slowed them down a bit but they still go right past it. The only thing that will at least stop them from getting out is to use the diaper rash cream like poly filla to plug up the openings. That will work for a few hours and at least allows me some relief from them constantly crawling on me and allows me to get some sleep. I can still feel them moving inside trying to get out and stinging but at least they aren't crawling on the outside. I often wake up from the itching and have to get up to take more antihistamines, apply more anti-itch cream and use the diaper rash creme as a suppository to plug up the exits.

I've taken a parasite cleanse (saw evidence of parasites in my stool) and used a terminator zapper for 2 months. This scattered bugs all over my body and I felt thumps and bumps and wriggles from my knee to my chest below and above the ribs. I took Malbenzadole twice a day for 12 days (saw more parasites in my stool) then off for about 2 weeks and have been on it again now for 5 days. It has not affected these bugs.

I am now taking two 24 hour antihistamines and Benadryl 3 to 5 times a day for the allergic reaction. I am also taking 2 tablespoons of DE, Bentonite and psylium, 50 mg Zinc, 800 mg Q10, 2000mg MSM plus other supplements.

To back track a bit, I have had a cluster of symptoms in the past. For 12 years I would get an awful rash that was usually (but not always) on my upper body. Getting overheated would trigger the symptoms and once from stress. It starts out like an insect bite but then keeps expanding. It is a angry red rash that can be excruciating and leaves a reddening of the skin for years after. At times it covered both arms and another time my throat and face. Along with the rash I get chronic fatigue and fibromialgia like symptoms that last about 6 months until well into winter. For half a year I was couch bound for those 12 years. I was diagnosed with systemic lupus and prescribed anti-malaria drugs. I did the research myself and found that I did not have lupus. The first two allergists said my symptoms had nothing to do with allergies. The third allergist told me to take antihistamines which reduced my symptoms by about 60%. Two a day would be about 80% effective.

To back track even more, I had something when I was 13. Extreme fatigue for the whole summer. I remember it taking all my strength to push myself up off the lawn on a beautiful warm spring day. Dr said it was allergies and gave me a little blue pill every day that didn't do anything for the fatigue and weakness. I have sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP machine for 12 years. I have been remarkably healthy (no major illnesses) for a person that has been chronically unwell most of my life.

Two years ago, I had a freak accident when I tripped over my dog's leash and did a nose plant on the arm of the couch. While running tests for the concussion, the doctors found a lesion on my eye that even one of the best specialists in the world could not diagnose and she told me to have a B-scan every year to see if it is changing. The CT scan showed 6 lesions on my brain and again no definitive diagnosis, just check it every year. I've been traveling since then and will have the tests done this summer. It takes months to get an appointment with any specialist in Canada. Until we can rule out parasites in the brain and on my eye, I can't use Albenzadole. When I get back to Canada I will have CT scans and B-scans (eye test) to make track any changes in my eye and the brain lesions. The earliest appointment I could get for the eye doctor is in June and still waiting to see if I can arrange an appointment for a CT scan of my brain.

Last year I self diagnosed an anal fistula. The proctologist found nothing when I had a colonoscopy. I also have a deep cough and have found critters in the mucus. One was 1/2 inch long and blunt at both ends, a little fatter then spaghetti, the other is to 2 inches long with one pointed end and the other curled up. I have it preserved in alcohol and will post a photos as soon as I get a camera.

Honestly, I am absolutely miserable! The itching is driving me crazy and the bugs crawling on my body disgusts me. I know I have other parasites in my body but at least they are inside where I can ignore them for awhile. These things whatever they are, are really ruining my life and I don't know what the hell more I can do.

I just had a BM and as always, wash using the hand held shower sprayer and dry with a paper towel. This is the first time I have seen blood on the paper towel that is coming from my vagina. It is bright pink on the paper towel. Not a lot but enough to know what it is and (of course) I am well past having periods.

I bought a 14x magnifying glass and checked under my finger nails and have found some fibers that appear to be Mogellons. I also see them on toilet paper and may see them on our bed sheets. My partner who has always been extremely healthy also has these fibers under his nails.

and PLEASE! I don't want to get into another debate about what it is or isn't. I don't care, I just want them to go away! I really don't care about who is right or wrong or people's egos including my own. I just REALLY need some help!

ANY help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! I am at my wits end!
