Book Recommendation

Hi jerryj - I just realized they we are Tom and Jerry. :-D Anyway . . . you might want to read "Optimal Wellness" by Dr. Ralph Golan. This book has a lot of good information about candida and how to heal from it. It has a chapter on yeast overgrowth. It also discusses overlapping conditions, how they affect it, and how to heal from them as well. This book helped me a lot when I learning about my adrenal fatigue and related conditions (toxic bowel, sluggish liver, hypoglycemia, etc.) 15 years ago. It does a great job of explain how these overlapping conditions develop, and how to recover from them.
