Re: His scrotal sacketh hath shrunketh

"the whole point of this being that breatharianism is the basis for me preaching to eat less. eat less, eat less, eat less. a little sugar for extra fuel, minerals to replace those lost in metabolism and water plus something for the bugs in your gut to live on. that is not much. and all of that is contained in fruit in spades."

I certainly will not disagree. The idea of eating less and eating better is some of the best advice that can be given here on curezone. And one that most of us in times of weakness don't heed. My answer was more a philosophical one - were humans meant to live strictly on air (or water) alone, and I still say no. To me, the most healthy state would be consuming the right food in the right proportions - not abstaining. If done properly, the con of the stress on the body through digestion etc. is outweighed by the gain through energy and vital minerals.

I will tell you a story, although I guess it is up to you to gauge the significance. I took some Nyquil about ten years ago, and had massive side effects, the biggest being the loss of my libido for about three months. I always wondered what the hell had happened. This past year I bought a bottle and brought it into my kinesiologist. He could muscle test that it was causing or exascerbating a polarity problem in my brain. He knows his homeopathics, and told me that he didn't have one to fix this problem but was able to muscle test out a pill (supplement) that would. I prefer homeopathics to pills, as homeopathics can permanently fix a problem, while pills are (in general) only good for the time you are on them, but what I required was a pill of trace minerals. I am still taking it to this day. Certainly not something I would get in water or air alone. The notion of less, less, less is a valid one , but it is different from having or consuming none at all.
