Sadly many of our vegetables are from poison plants and are not human foods. Fruits, nuts/seeds and berries are what cleanse and nourishes the cells the best and even they do accumulate slowly. All accumulations leads towards death, so many will say we are air breathing machine that have been degenerated to the point that we need more than just air. I have read this has happened because the Thymus has shrank over the years. when the Thymus was in its prime, humans lived 30+ thousand years old and grew over 40 feet tall, skellitons to prove it or so I have read.

Guess what? Each X-ray shrinks the Thymus, no wonder the medical practice uses so much radiation and now used on our foods!
