I appreciate the advice as it is very encouraging. I wish I could stay on a diet, but it is very difficult for me to stick on one. My digestion is worsening each year, and I have lost 15 lbs the past year which is a lot for my 5'10" male frame (135 lbs now).

I have done 2 Liver Flushes in the past 2 months and take psyllium powder for constipation and currently doing H202 therapy, h2o2 enemas and using a parasite zapper (15hz).

I wish all these herbs and supplements weren't so expensive...that's what caused me jump off the bandwagon a year ago. I'll probably try out the Barefoot DeWormer and CoQ10 powder. CoQ10 is expensive stuff but I hear it has benefited people.
