Thanks Cookoomackastick! Lots of great info! I guess I may have to stick to BC pills for now but the hormones are driving me crazy! Almost every time I use condoms I get urniary tract infection symptoms (extreme pain and urge to urinate). When I go to the doctor, he says that sometimes there is a sign of UTI and sometimes not and that I could be allergic to condoms or spermacide but is not sure. So I suppose the hormones are the lesser of the two evils.
Would you mind giving me a rundown of Dr. Jensen's program until I can get the book? I want to start gathering stuff and preparing myself. Do you think I can use an enema instead of a colema board (its a bit expensive)? Any other money saving tips? Also, can you recommend a good parasite cleanse to use in conjuction with it? I'll zap but I want to use an herbal remedy as well. Can one use the hemp fiber with Dr. Jensen's protocol? Do you think an Alkaline Water filter will help with pollutants and alkalizing water... I saw one listed at the bottom of the page. Thanks again for all the info and btw, I didn't notice the spelling error, just the help! :)
