Re: Keratosis Pilaris, oil pulling, and enzymes

Oh, I'm definitely not saying don't oil pull. I will forever oil pull. Unfortunately, sometimes I just can't do it every day. In our family of five, three are the sort who talk to you constantly and expect you to reply. When I can, I do it while I shower. Can't do it at work, small office so I'm having to deal with customers or answer the phone. Can't do it on the commute ... it's only a mile. At worst, I do put in multiple back-to-back pulls on nights when I have to work all night after everyone goes to bed. It will get better over the next few years as the kids head off to college (hubby understands and knows what I'm doing when he sees me swishing, and lets me be, except he seems to HAVE to plant a smooch, which briefly makes it difficult—though I still appreciate it). I just think from what I've observed that oil pulling and enzymes complement each other. I think the enzymes help with the healing process of the KP red spotting, which is something many with KP have said the oil pulling does not fully get rid of for them.
