Thanks alot. I did see NOW foods Taurine powder for $7.95 and it has 1000mg.
I was planning on taking 3500mg per day and some shark liver oil.

I have this multivitamin tonic with whey and other powerful amino acids so that's a plus. Oh yeah, and I can not forget zinc, and Vitamins A and Bs.
