Fungus, worms in skin, black specks, open wounds not healing

Aloha from Hawaii. Hoping someone can help. I have lots of things going on in this tropical region. 2 years ago I had a chemical change. I was under extreme stress, eating high amounts of Sugar and ended up with a rust orange colored tounge for about two weeks with a slightly metallic taste. As the rust tounge went aways, I developed severe fungus growth onh my nail beds. It just kept coming, alot in a short amouint of time. Since then its been one thing after another. I have extreme nail fungus that I cant kill. I have raised lines under my skin and some circular too. There is debres in the surrounding area and it really becomes tight and painful. Mostly located by hairline and checks. It seems to have a cycle of 21 day. For about 2 weeks I have no lines under my skin. I have pulled out a few transparant thread things and these little dark speks gray and black. I also have numerous sores along my hairline and chin and ankle that dont heal unless I take antibiotic. I was bit by an ant I think, two years ago on the ankle, wound wont heal. Recently developed dandruff. Sweat excessively, and of course Acne thats getting worse. Lots of exposure to cats and a little to dogs. Fatigued, muscle knots aches severe, floaties in eyes, cant focus, foggy headed, poor memory. Did a candida cleanse, Oxypowder and pararid. Taking numerous herbs and vitamins, using special soaps. But it never ends. Extreme deppression made me lethargic, did not want to live, cant win the battle, taking prozac now. Helps a little. I know I have candida, ringworm. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Docs dont believe what I show them, just give me Antibiotics and prozac. Think I mught have hookworm migrations and need to address that.
