it could be a microsopic parasite, or maybe there are worms living higher up in the bowels that are creating a toxic condition that is causing your itching at the exit

does it get better when you take probiotics?
if so, take them and grapefruit seed extract

also try putting a little bit of coconut oil on the external butt area and see what happens, if the rash hates it, i would slowly start coating the area twice a day, probably even eventually consider some coconut oil suppositories, starting with very little at first

what happens if you insert a garlic capsule in your anal sphincter?
does is make itching stop? because butt is so sensitive, be very careful and start with tiny amount, open cap, take some out, mix tiny dab with some olive oil, put on topically first to see if it burns, if burns really bad, take some garlic capsules orally and see if it gets better, if it does, i would start inserting them too, as soon as it become tolerable to do so

if that doesn't help, be very careful with this as it could sting, especially if you have ring worm infection, but I would try putting a tiny little bit of apple cider vinegar in the area to see what happens, if it burns like crazy, the rash hates it, I would probably go for an over the counter anti-fungal cream plus take Clarkia orally, and insert some caps of Wormwood , green Black-Walnut hull and cloves

dilute some Iodine and put a little on the area to see what happens
if it gets better, start taking Iodine orally and put it on the area
once you've taken Iodine orally for a few months, you could even put a few drops in an enema

does it get better if you take goldenseal? if so, maybe some kind of bacteria is infecting you, take goldenseal and probiotics for as long as it takes to get rid of it

are you eliminating adequately?
if not, you need to be taking fiber, and probably need to flush some stones out of your liver
