confused - pinworm itch or candida itch

does anyone know the differnece before pinworm itch and candida itch? I have suffered from pinworms before or maybe still have it, but dont see any in stools or get that crazy night itch. Well basically I cant tell whether I have pinworms or candida now, My prob is that I get this twing feeling down the anal area most of the time, also found it quite painful when I was washing it and when applied cream on. This seems like a thrush sort of but since i had pinworms, im not too sure. in addition, i get the twing feeling around the vaginal area so i guess could it be candidia rather than pinworms? im currently on humaworm and have been on most of the harsh herbal medicines, maybe it has wiped out my natural bacteria?

anyone had this prob? Im just afraid that if i go off the parasitic herbs the pinworms would come back.
