Absolutley chiropractic can help with depression.

I would recommend seeing an upper cervical chiropractor. These doctors are specially trained to specifically adjust the top two bones in the neck. What you must realize is this; every thing in your body downstream of your neck is controlled by the nerves that run through the top two bones. In the case of Depression it is possible to have one part of the nerve system called the sympathetics on overdrive. When this happens there is constriction of the blood vasculature through the body. If the blood vessels to the brain have decreased blood flow this can be one meachanism to cause depressin and foggy thinking.
