I will slow down.

I have done a master cleanse before.

I will do my parasite cleanse for a couple weeks while eating only fruit before noon and salads every night and try to eat more raw at night too.

Then I will try a short water fast. It that is too much, I will do a fruit juice fast.

I want to clear my psoriasis.
