Hypothyroid? Check it out. If not, some ghetto techniques that may help

Let me tell you I was in the same situation, and I'm a computer programmer by trade. An industry where if you're off or Candida even crawls up a few % points in your body you're likely to get fired and your reputation could be harmed.

I had a few options. I could go back home to my mom and give up, or test my body for other things.

I went ahead with testing and found out I was hypothyroid. This gave me another few options.

I could cure the candida first (could take years, or possible a lifetime), or I could treat the hypothyroid and have a fake thyroid running that would offset the candida.

You see, candida can cause you to be hypothyroid and being hypo can cause you to be full of Candida.

Your symptoms are not only Candida-like, but also seem thyroid based.

I suggest testing yourself for the following things and post your results here, I can help you out:
FREE T4
FREE T3
TSH

You must follow those 3 things exactly, it has to be "FREE T4" not "reverse T4" or "T4". The test may run you $50 or even be free, but it's worth it. If you're found to be hypothyroid you can get treatment for very cheap. I highly suggest Armour brand pills, which can go for $13/200 pills or even cheaper. You may even get health benefits of some sort from your government if in Canada or on a drug plan in U.S.

Upon starting the pills and thyroid replacement I gained energy that felt legendary. I gained strength, and I gained mental clarity. I could perform in sex again. 99% of the Candida symptoms/effects went away, but I am still left with Thrush (candida white stuff on the tongue). Unfortunately, thyroid pills don't cure thrush.

If you're found to have a healthy thyroid, try the following:
24 hour cortisol/adrenal test (this will be hard to find a doctor willing to do)

This test may cost you $150 if the Doctor won't test your adrenals.

The candida may have killed your cortisol output, or your adrenals may have failed on you due to mercury. Cortisol keeps your body going with energy and allows your thyroid to function efficiently.

The body is mainly supported by the endocrine system which includes the Thyroid & Cortisol. You'd be surprised, many people have something similar to Addison's disease and near adrenal failure. I was found to be producing 0 cortisol. I'm surprised I'm alive, but it all makes sense now.

Since taking cortisol (cortef brand, 10mg daily), I can now play sports competitively again. Without cortisol and using only thyroid replacement pills I could not play sports every day.

Obviously my body was really a disaster, and I chose to fix what the candida/something killed instead of treating the root cause, because we have no proof that killing the Candida will work and fix my thyroid. It's ghetto, it's very cheap. Everything this guy Ted tells people to do is very help. I can tell the testimonials are very real. They are specific and note things sometimes that he doesn't even agree with. The site and Ted look legit and I'm going to try his methods.

Hydrogen Peroxide, Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda, Sea Salt , Lemon

Those are very cheap methods of cleaning and curing the body.


I went to all stops with you because your situation seems very much like mine. I think you have a shot at getting out of the difficulty.

There may not be many people who believe you right now. My mom, my girlfriend, everyone thought I was full of shit. I had to look everywhere for Doctors, and change Doctors. They laughed at me.

I wish I could see these Doctors fired and out on the streets.

But, it's ok, they will get theirs in the end. Just focus on yourself.
